Sunday for the LCBC Haiti Mission Team

Sunday was the second day for the LCBC youth team in Haiti. We started out attending a lively 2-1/2 hour service at the church on the compound.  The students seemed to really enjoy the time of worship and teaching. They even interpreted the sermon!  Shortly after lunch we all walked 1/2 mile to the community of Chambrun.  The team had a wonderful 3 hours ministering to the kids of the community and generally having a fun time.  There was a great game of soccer and the Haitians won easily!  But it was great fun.  The team was also able to do a dramatic skit that seemed to have great impact. That was followed by a personal testimony given by one of the students. We finished our day conducting training for the vision clinic which starts tomorrow morning.  We are grateful for a great day and are ready to launch into the week.  Thanks for your prayers.  Continue to pray that many will come into a personal relationship with Jesus this week.

  1. We're excited to hear and see how the Lord is using your ministry to help others! We're also interested to hear how the Lord is using this experience to challenge our students!
