Post Sandy NVM Food Distribution

The eye of Hurricane Sandy passed to the West of Haiti. However, the storm dropped more than 20 inches of rain on Haiti. This caused tremendous damage through flooding and mudslides.

God’s timing is amazing! Just one week ago a container of food arrived from Global Aid Network (GAiN). The food was packaged by Feed My Starving Children and shipped to NVM by GAiN. This past Sunday, 500 boxes of this food were distributed to people living in Chambrun and in the surrounding area. People in these communities were severely effected by the storm. And at church on Sunday they all heard the Gospel message and received their food. Aid provides relief but also opens the door for ministry! Here you see us opening the container of Feed My Starving Children food shipped to us by Global Aid Network.

We want to thank Global Aid Network and Feed My Starving Children for their generous gift. It has made a tremendous difference in the lives of so many families!
